Work we have delivered, described as honestly as we can.
Almost all of this runs inside somebody's business and is covered by confidentiality, so the clients are not named and there are no screenshots. What each case study does say is what the problem was, what we built, how it works and what it is built with — which is the part you can actually judge us on.
No client is named and no figures are quoted, because we were not given permission for the first and will not invent the second. If you want proof of a specific claim, ask on a call — we can usually arrange a reference.
What we build
Six kinds of system, and what each one really involves.
The case studies above are particular projects. These are the shapes of work they fall into — useful if your situation is not quite like any of them. The service page behind each one goes into the process, the stack and the questions buyers usually ask.
Operations platforms
The system a business actually runs on: orders, stock, production, dispatch and the reporting that tells the owner what happened. Usually replacing a spreadsheet that outgrew itself, or joining up tools that never spoke to each other.
Multi-branch and multi-user with role-based access
Migration of years of history, reconciled against the old system
Approval chains and an audit trail of who changed what
Reporting management asked for, not a stock dashboard
A logged-in area where customers, suppliers or franchisees self-serve instead of emailing your staff for an update. Typically the fastest way to remove load from an operations team without hiring.
Selling and getting paid, online and at a counter, with one stock figure behind both. The hard part is rarely the storefront -- it is keeping stock, pricing and tax correct across channels.
Storefront, cart, checkout and payment gateways
Counter billing that keeps working without internet
GST or local tax compliant invoicing
Stock synchronised across shop, warehouse and online
Apps for people away from a desk -- drivers, engineers, site staff, collection agents. These live or die on whether they work in bad signal and whether the person using them finds it faster than paper.
Offline-first capture with sync when connectivity returns
Photo, signature and location capture
Local-language interfaces where that decides adoption
Removing work rather than adding a chatbot: documents read automatically, enquiries routed, reports assembled, answers drawn from your own material. Scoped against a task with a measurable before and after.
Assistants grounded in your own documents
Document and invoice data extraction into structured records
Workflow automation between the tools you already pay for
Evaluation and monitoring, with a human in the loop where judgement belongs
Execution of a rule set you already trade, with risk limits enforced in code rather than by discipline. We build and test what you specify; we do not sell strategies or promise returns.
MT4 and MT5 expert advisors, Pine Script strategies
Broker and exchange API execution bots
Backtesting and demo forward-testing before live capital
Position sizing, daily loss limits and a kill switch
Tell us what you are trying to fix and we will walk you through how we have approached that shape of problem before, in as much detail as confidentiality allows.
