AI Development & AI Platforms

AI that does a specific job, measurably, in production.

Most AI projects stall because they start with the technology instead of a task worth automating. We start from the work: the queries your team answers forty times a day, the documents somebody reads to extract six fields, the decisions made by scanning a report. Then we build AI into that process and measure whether it actually helped. That includes assistants and chatbots grounded in your own documents, extraction pipelines, semantic search, AI-driven automation and custom model integration. We build on established models rather than selling you research, and we are explicit about where AI should not be trusted without a human check.

What's included

  • Assistants grounded in your own documents, so answers cite your content
  • Retrieval pipelines (RAG) over contracts, manuals, tickets and policies
  • Document understanding: extract structured fields from PDFs and scans
  • Semantic search that matches meaning, not just keywords
  • Integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and open models you self-host
  • Evaluation and monitoring, so quality is measured rather than assumed

What you get

  • AI feature or platform running in production
  • API endpoints your other systems can call
  • Evaluation set and quality monitoring with a human review path
  • Cost controls, rate limits and usage reporting per feature
  • Prompt and configuration documentation your team can adjust
  • Data handling written down: what is sent where, and what is retained

Common use cases

01

Support assistants

Answers drawn from your real documentation, available at 2am, escalating when unsure.

02

Document processing

Invoices, contracts and forms read automatically into structured data for review.

03

Internal knowledge search

Staff find the answer in seconds instead of asking the one person who remembers.

04

AI-assisted operations

Drafting, classifying and routing work so people spend time on judgement, not sorting.

How we deliver it

The same sequence on every engagement, so you always know what happens next and what is expected of you.

  1. 01

    Understand the requirement

We find a task with a measurable before-and-after, because an AI feature nobody can evaluate is impossible to improve and impossible to trust.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope in writing

You get a written scope: what is being built, what it will and will not do, the sequence, and what we need from you and when. No surprises later about what was included.

  3. 03

    Design before building

Screens, data model and integrations are agreed before development starts. Changing a design costs an afternoon; changing a built system costs weeks.

  4. 04

    Build in visible increments

Work ships in milestones you can open and use, not one reveal at the end. You correct direction while correcting is still cheap.

  5. 05

    Test against the real thing

Evaluated on a fixed set of real examples with expected answers, so quality is a number you can watch rather than an impression from a demo.

  6. 06

    Deploy and hand over properly

We deploy it, document it, train your team, and stay available afterwards. You own the code and the infrastructure either way.

Frequently asked questions

Will our business data be used to train someone else's model?

Not without you deciding it. On the enterprise API tiers we use, submitted data is not used for training by default, and where that is not acceptable at all we deploy open models on infrastructure you control so nothing leaves it. We document exactly what is sent where before anything goes live.

What stops the AI from inventing answers?

Grounding and limits. Assistants answer from your retrieved documents rather than general knowledge, are built to say they do not know, and escalate to a human instead of guessing. For anything financial, legal or medical we keep a person in the loop by design -- and we will say so rather than overselling automation.

What does it cost to run, not just to build?

Model usage is charged per request, so running cost scales with use. We estimate it per feature before building, add caching and rate limits, and give you usage reporting so cost never becomes a surprise. Often a smaller cheaper model does the job once the task is defined tightly.

Is our data big enough for AI to be useful?

Usually yes, because most practical AI work needs no training data at all -- it reads your existing documents at the moment of the question. If a task genuinely needs a trained model and you do not have the data for it, we will tell you that instead of building something that disappoints.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes, and most of our work is remote. We work with clients in India, the UK, the US, Canada, Singapore, the UAE, the Netherlands and Nepal, and across India from Delhi NCR and Maharashtra to Gujarat, West Bengal and the southern tech hubs. We overlap working hours with your timezone for calls and keep everything else written, so progress does not depend on both sides being awake at once.

Are you limited to particular technologies?

No. We choose the stack to fit the problem, the people who will maintain it and what you already run, rather than fitting every project to one framework. If your team already works in a stack, we will usually build in it so you are not left with something nobody in-house can support.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do, completely. Source code, database and infrastructure accounts are yours, handed over with documentation. We do not hold your system hostage, and you are free to take it to another team.

How do projects usually start?

With a conversation, not a quote. We want to understand the problem before pricing a solution -- send a short overview through the contact form or book a call, and we will come back with what we think the real scope is, including where we think you need less than you asked for.
