ERP & CRM Development

One system your whole operation actually works in.

ERP and CRM projects fail for the same reason: the software is implemented, and then the team keeps using the old spreadsheet because the new system does not match how they work. We build and customise ERP and CRM platforms around your real processes -- sales, inventory, purchasing, production, finance and customer history in one place, with the modules you need and none of the ones you do not. That can mean a custom build, or configuring and extending a platform you already own. Data migration from legacy systems is part of the job, not an afterthought, because a system without your history is a system nobody trusts.

What's included

  • Custom ERP and CRM, or extensions on a platform you already run
  • Sales pipeline, quotations, orders and invoicing in one flow
  • Inventory, purchasing and supplier management across locations
  • Role-based access so staff see what they should and nothing more
  • Migration of customers, stock and transaction history, reconciled
  • Reporting your management actually asked for, not a stock dashboard

What you get

  • Configured and tested ERP/CRM in production
  • Data migrated from your existing systems and reconciled against them
  • Roles, permissions and approval rules configured
  • Reports and dashboards for each team that needs them
  • Training sessions per role, plus written guides
  • Support through the first reporting cycle, when problems surface

Common use cases

01

Quote to cash

Enquiry, quotation, order, dispatch, invoice and payment as one tracked sequence.

02

Inventory and procurement

Live stock across locations, reorder triggers and purchase orders against suppliers.

03

Customer history

Every order, complaint and conversation on one record, so anyone can pick up the thread.

04

Management reporting

Margin, ageing and pipeline from live data, not a spreadsheet rebuilt each month.

How we deliver it

The same sequence on every engagement, so you always know what happens next and what is expected of you.

  1. 01

    Understand the requirement

We start with how your business actually works today -- the people, the steps, the spreadsheets and the workarounds -- before anyone talks about technology. Most failed projects are scoped before this conversation happens.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope in writing

You get a written scope: what is being built, what it will and will not do, the sequence, and what we need from you and when. No surprises later about what was included.

  3. 03

    Design before building

Screens, data model and integrations are agreed before development starts. Changing a design costs an afternoon; changing a built system costs weeks.

  4. 04

    Build in visible increments

Work ships in milestones you can open and use, not one reveal at the end. You correct direction while correcting is still cheap.

  5. 05

    Test against the real thing

Tested with your data, your edge cases and the people who will actually use it, on a staging environment that matches production.

  6. 06

    Deploy and hand over properly

We go live alongside your existing process rather than switching overnight, train each role separately, and stay close through the first month-end -- which is when the real problems appear.

Frequently asked questions

Should we buy an ERP or build one?

Buy, if your processes are close to standard -- you get years of other people's edge cases for free. Build or heavily extend when your operation is genuinely unusual and that difference is why customers choose you. We assess which case you are in before recommending either, and we are happy to implement a platform rather than build from scratch.

What happens to our existing data?

It comes with you. Customers, stock, open orders and transaction history are migrated and then reconciled against the old system until the numbers match. We do not go live on a migration nobody has checked.

Our last implementation failed. Why would this differ?

Most failures are adoption, not software: the system did not match the work, or nobody was trained on their own role. We scope against the actual process first, run live alongside the old way rather than forcing a cutover, and train role by role. If you tell us what went wrong last time, we will design around it.

Can it handle GST, e-invoicing and Indian compliance?

Yes -- GST-compliant invoicing, HSN codes, e-invoice and e-way bill integration, and Tally interoperability where your accountant works there. For international entities we handle multi-currency and the local tax treatment that applies.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes, and most of our work is remote. We work with clients in India, the UK, the US, Canada, Singapore, the UAE, the Netherlands and Nepal, and across India from Delhi NCR and Maharashtra to Gujarat, West Bengal and the southern tech hubs. We overlap working hours with your timezone for calls and keep everything else written, so progress does not depend on both sides being awake at once.

Are you limited to particular technologies?

No. We choose the stack to fit the problem, the people who will maintain it and what you already run, rather than fitting every project to one framework. If your team already works in a stack, we will usually build in it so you are not left with something nobody in-house can support.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do, completely. Source code, database and infrastructure accounts are yours, handed over with documentation. We do not hold your system hostage, and you are free to take it to another team.

How do projects usually start?

With a conversation, not a quote. We want to understand the problem before pricing a solution -- send a short overview through the contact form or book a call, and we will come back with what we think the real scope is, including where we think you need less than you asked for.
