Construction & Infrastructure
Site reality and office records, finally matching.
Construction loses money in the gap between the site and the office: material consumed but not recorded, labour attendance on paper, variations agreed verbally, and progress billing assembled from memory. We build project, material and workforce tracking that works on site -- on a phone, often without signal -- so the office is costing against what actually happened.
Common challenges
- Site progress and material use recorded on paper, if at all
- Labour attendance and contractor billing disputes
- Variations and approvals agreed without documentation
- Progress billing and cost control running weeks behind
How we help
- Site progress capture with photos, on mobile and offline-capable
- Material indent, issue and consumption tracking against budget
- Labour and contractor attendance with measurement records
- Project dashboards for cost, progress and billing status
Relevant use cases
Daily site reports
Progress, labour and weather captured on a phone, with photos.
Material control
Indents, issues and consumption measured against estimate.
Contractor billing
Measurement books and running bills with an approval trail.
Cost dashboards
Committed versus budgeted cost while there is still time to act.
Frequently asked questions
Will it work on site without network coverage?
It has to, so it is built that way: entries, measurements and photos are stored on the device and sync when there is signal. Site software that needs connectivity gets abandoned in the first week.
Our site engineers are not comfortable with software.
Then the design has to assume that. We keep daily entry to a few taps, use local language labels where that helps, and replace typing with selection and photographs. If it takes longer than the paper register, nobody will use it.
Can it integrate with Tally or our accounting system?
Yes -- material purchases, contractor bills and project costs can flow through to Tally or your accounting package, so site records and the books agree without re-entry.
