Software Development in United States

Offshore engineering with a real overlap, not a handoff.

US clients come to us for capacity and cost, and stay or leave based on communication. We treat the timezone gap as the main engineering problem to solve: overlapping calls early in your morning, written updates so nothing depends on a live conversation, and milestones you can open and judge rather than status percentages. The work spans SaaS platforms, internal tools, eCommerce, AI features and trading automation. For anything touching health or payment data we are explicit about what we can and cannot take responsibility for.

What working with us from United States looks like

  • Morning overlap with US Eastern hours; early-morning calls for Pacific
  • Written progress updates, so you are never waiting for a call to know where things are
  • SaaS platforms, internal tools, eCommerce, AI features and trading systems
  • US-region hosting in your own AWS, Azure or GCP account
  • USD invoicing; no US sales tax charged by a foreign supplier

The practical details

The questions that actually come up when the team is in one country and the client is in another.

Timezone

IST is roughly nine and a half hours ahead of US Eastern. We overlap your morning daily, and work asynchronously the rest of the time.

Data and compliance

Hosting in US regions in your own cloud account. For HIPAA or PCI scope we will tell you plainly which parts we can take on and which need a specialist partner.

Billing

USD by bank transfer or Wise. As a non-US supplier we do not charge US sales tax; a W-8BEN-E is available if your finance team needs one.

Working with us from United States

The time difference is nine and a half hours. How does that work?

By designing around it rather than pretending it is not there. We take calls early in your morning, and everything else is written: decisions, questions and progress in one place. The practical effect is that work happens while you sleep and is waiting for review when you start. Teams that struggle offshore usually do so because they tried to run it on live meetings.

Can you handle HIPAA or PCI requirements?

Partly, and we would rather be clear about the boundary. We build to the technical controls -- encryption, access control, audit logging, data minimisation -- and deploy in your own compliant environment. We are not a HIPAA business associate and we do not store cardholder data; payments go through a certified processor. If your project needs a signed BAA, you need a partner who offers one.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do, assigned in the contract, along with the source code and the cloud accounts it runs in. We are happy to work under your MSA and NDA rather than ours.

How do we manage risk on a first project?

Start small. A first milestone of two to three weeks with a concrete deliverable tells you more about working with us than any reference, and costs little if the answer is no. We would rather earn a larger scope than be handed one.

Start with a conversation, not a quote

Tell us what the problem is and we will come back with what we think the real scope is — including where we think you need less than you asked for.
